Returns and refund policy are subject only to PPC Engine package services.
1) Package once sold and work delivered can not be refunded.
2) Any refund will require maximum 10 working days to be processed.
3) Any transaction fee for cross platform refund will be deducted from clients’ end.
4) No refund request will be accepted for ongoing management service.
5) To initiate a refund, please include the following information to your message:
● Package platform
● Package name
● Email you submitted before checkout
● Your PayPal transaction ID with PPC Engine
